How to buy pancakeswap with metamask

PancakeSwap is a decentralized exchange, and it is powered by Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The default settings of MetaMask will result in an error when connecting to PancakeSwap. As PancakeSwap relies on the Binance Smart Chain while MetaMask relies on the Ethereum chain, this is due to a network conflict. In order to access PancakeSwap, you first need to add a BSC network to MetaMask.

STEP 1: The first step is to add the BSC network to your MetaMask wallet and choose it.

STEP 2: Access the PancakeSwap website.

STEP 3: Connect your MetaMask wallet to your computer.

To do this, click on the “Connect” link at the top-right corner. The MetaMask pop-up window will appear after you select the MetaMask option. You will need to select the network you wish to connect to, and when you have done that, click “Next.”

Step 4: Select the $TBC Token

If your wallet is already connected to PancakeSwap, click the “Select a Token” button and choose $TBC.

Step 5: You need to transfer Binance Coin ($BNB) to your MetaMask wallet.

The BNB available in your wallet will be needed in order to purchase (swap) $TBC tokens. Specify how much BNB you’d like to exchange.

Step 6: Select the Slippage Tolerance.

We will continue to use the default slippage. In the window’s top-right corner, click on the setting button if you would like to change the slippage tolerance. When configuring the slippage tolerance, you can specify the maximum percent of price movement you’re willing to accept before completing the transaction. If the price rises above the % you specified, your order will not be executed.

Step 7: Confirmation of swap and selection of Gas

On the top-right end of MetaMask, click the “Swap” button. Then a pop-up window will appear to confirm the kind of Gas you will use. If you want the transaction to be quickly processed, confirm the default values or increase them. Transactions on a network require Gas, which is the cost of completing the transaction. After the submission, wait for the transaction confirmation after it has been submitted.

$TBC Token can be added to your MetaMask wallet

You must manually add TeraBlock $TBC to CoinMarketCap via the CoinMarketCap page since it won’t appear automatically. Switch to Binance Smart Chain from MetaMask, click on the MetaMask icon in the contract section, then click on the Binance Smart Chain network.

On the top-right corner of the MetaMask window, you will find the TeraBlock Token $TBC. You can add tokens by clicking “Add Token.”

The $TBC Token has been added to your MetaMask wallet, and you can now check the value of the token.

A transaction to buy pancake swap coins using Metamask

We can use a meta mask to store and move funds and buy coins in the pancake swap. PancakeSwap can be used in conjunction with MetaMask to swap BEP20 tokens and stake CAKE & LP tokens. You must first set up your MetaMask wallet before connecting it to Binance Smart Chain in order to use PancakeSwap with MetaMask.

Steps to Connect the MetaMask to Binance Smart Chain

If you have a MetaMask wallet but haven’t connected it to the Binance Smart Chain network, go to “Ethereum Mainnet” and then “custom RPC” on your wallet to connect it to the BSC network.

Your MetaMask wallet will be connected to Binance Smart Chain once you fill out the appropriate fields with the information below.

Smart Chain – The name of the network.

• https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/ is a new RPC URL.

• ChainID is 56.

• BNB as a symbol

• Block Explorer’s web address is https://bscscan.com.

How to connect MetaMask to PancakeSwap?

To connect your MetaMask wallet to PancakeSwap, switch to the Binance Smart Chain network after unlocking your MetaMask wallet.

After you’ve unlocked your Binance Smart Chain-connected MetaMask wallet, go to PancakeSwap to connect it to the platform.

To link your wallet to PancakeSwap, click the “connect” option on PancakeSwap and then select “MetaMask.”

You can choose the address (account) you want to link to PancakeSwap after choosing “MetaMask,” and then click the “connect” button on the MetaMask notice.

You can connect your wallet to PancakeSwap using the “WalletConnect” option in MetaMask’s mobile edition.

You’ll need BNB in your MetaMask wallet to pay for transactions fees using Binance Smart Chain dapps like PancakeSwap.

How to trade on PancakeSwap with MetaMask?

If you have some BNB in your MetaMask wallet for BSC network gas expenses, you may head to PancakeSwap’s exchange website and start trading.

You can send BEP20 tokens from exchanges or other wallets to your MetaMask address if you want to sell them on PancakeSwap.

BNB, BUSD (BEP20), and CAKE are the most common ways to purchase BEP20 tokens on PancakeSwap. On the platform, there are also BTCB and ETH pairs.

To start trading on PancakeSwap, go to the “exchange” page from the trade menu.

In the “to” field, select the token you want to swap, enter the amount, and select the token you want to receive.

In the example below, I’m selling my USDT (Binance-Peg BUSD-T) for BNB.

After selecting the tokens and entering the amount, you must authorize the token you wish to swap, allowing the smart contract to use your token.

On your MetaMask wallet, click the “approve” button to confirm the transaction. It just costs $0.15, and you’ll need BNB in your wallet to make a “approve” transaction, as shown in the image below.

Transaction fees vary by network, so don’t expect to pay $0.15 exactly every time. However, Binance Smart Chain is significantly less expensive than Ethereum.

You can click the “swap” button after approving the token you wish to trade and confirm the transaction on your MetaMask wallet. A 0.25 percent trading fee is charged when you make a trade on PancakeSwap.

In this example, I’ll pay a 0.0928 USDT swap fee (37.1249/100*0.25).

You can alter your slippage tolerance and transaction deadline by choosing the options icon before making the trade.

Check the rates again after clicking the swap button, and then click the confirm swap button. The transaction is visible on BscScan and your MetaMask wallet’s activity tab.
